Hi Phil,
I would like to thank you for your help and support in organising our evening entertainment for our recent National Sales Meeting.
We required a comedian who would be able to handle a largely male audience aged from 20 to 76. Phil Payne, at After Dinner Speakers4U, recommended Lester Crabtree. Lester handled the audience well and did a great job of keeping control of the room. He was very professional, funny and entertaining and the evening passed with great success.
I would also like to make reference to Phil. We asked him to organise a suitable act with just days to spare. He quickly sent through a list of comedians and talked through each individual and recommended which one would best suit our audience.
Lester was here in May, back by public demand and what a performance he gave, all the jokes new and not repeated from last times show, a real gent, couldn't get him off stage he would have stayed all night if we had let him. Took time again after his spot to mingle with the audience, its no wonder he gets such rave reviews, an honest and true professional performer. If,as a man, I could pick a friend, Lester would be it, a lovely thoughtful man.
I can't record enough plaudits for the show, marvellous, superb, breath-taking and lots more besides

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for entertaining our staff on Friday at Loughborough University.
I was slightly concerned to book someone that I knew nothing about but I needn’t have been. You had the whole audience in the palm of your hands – we laughed from the minute you came on and it was hysterical when you picked on the people I asked you to beforehand.

Paul B has good material from his vast experience BUT needs more charisma in delivering it
His Q & A session at the end was his strongest point
He was thus "OK"
I mentioned you to him and obviously he was aware of your interest
However he is joining a new Marketing Group this coming Monday and doesn`t want to prejudice anything with them
Nice bloke, approachable and at ease in any Golf circle
Lester was a gas
Went down very well with the troops and clearly hugely experienced
we rarely have a comedian twice but at some time in the future he might get the nod

I could not let the opportunity pass to write to you and let you know just what a fantastic guy you have on your books.
Lester Crabtree was recommended to me by you for our event last weekend and what a recommendation the guy was. I was firstly extremely impressed that Lester arrived three hours early for an event 6 hours away from his home. People ten minutes away are usually late.
After a very quick briefing Lester entered the room to meet his audience. In no time at all he had the audience in stitches. Out of the corner of my eye I caught one woman laughing so hard she was struggling to breathe. At one point I thought we had lost her!!!.
The crowd loved him and I have heard nothing but nice comments about him ever since. What a truly great guy.
Thank so much. I will be in contact again next year.

Dear Phil,
On behalf of Kirkley and Pakefield FC, I feel obliged to write you a few lines here in response to our recent Sporting Dinner Evening held at our Marquee at our Ground Walmer Road Lowestoft. I would like to thank you Phil for the Fantastic performance of the two lads who helped make our night a record fund raiser with a record attendance. This is our third year dealing with Phil and After Dinner Speakers4u and each time advice and performers were great value and great quality.
Ronnie Whelan in his soft Irish Brogue came over very well and the crowd loved his story telling and insight into his career and the fantastic characters he has played with and against. His humour and warmth came through at all times and the fact he had time for all says much about him and his professionalism.
I have had many come backs on the night and all were very favourable and I am certain we will be continue with our relationship and will certainly be doing business next year as I firm up date.
Lester Crabtree was fantastic and had all rolling in the isles with his great humour and risqué performance which was well received by all. His northern humour went down extremely well and he joined in with all activities. Lester was great value and we would recommend to anyone for future shows.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them both very strongly, all 300 guests (mixed audience) that attended the evening thoroughly enjoyed themselves immensely.
My sincere thanks to you Phil at After Dinner Speakers4u for another great success and I would confirm that I and my Club intend to have a long and successful relationship with you and your company for many years to come.
